SEEDS hit an exciting landmark this month with more than 150 Campaigns proposed and voted on using Decentralized Governance – paying out recipients without ever requiring a middleman.
A whole new batch of campaigns and alliance proposals are now in the SEEDS Global Passport App under the Co-Op menu. Voting for SEEDS citizens is now open! Highlights of current proposals:
- Syntropic Agroforestry by localscaling for 200,000 Seeds to create opportunities for Kenya youth to earn rewards for implementing Syntropic Agroforestry principles and to complement the local value exchange system provided by Grassroots Economics in the communities served.
- 13 Days for Peace by humanasolar3 for 104,000 Seeds to offer free activities focused on different aspects of the education to produce new paradigms for the future resilience related to biospheric regeneration, as syntropic education, meditation, creativity, local economy, sustainable design, natural; therapies and multiple arts during 13 days starting July 24 and ending Aug. 5.
- SEEDS for Kenya Circle by aryabhattaaa for 300,000 Seeds to support growth of the circle with integrity, facilitated by global Ambassadors and local Champions for a just and lasting change.
- A New Voting Process for Proposals in the SEEDS Community by christelos55 for 8,888 Seeds.
- Support for Grandmother Aama Bombo by rainskyarel5 for 360,000 Seeds to assist this elder (one of the Thirteen Indigenous Grandmothers) with medical expenses. This proposes gifting 600 Seeds to 600 donors who contribute $20 or more through a Go Fund Me site for Grandmother Aama Bombo.
- The Regenerative Organic Alliance by localscaling for 200,000 Seeds to promote regenerative organic farming as the highest standard for agriculture around the world.
- Bug Bounties by illumination for 55,555 Seeds, for Seeds individual bounties valuing between $10 and $100 to those who discover and report bugs in SEEDS smart contracts.
- Seeds for Uganda womens’ and childrens’ home by mugabimkg224 for 40,000 Seeds to support 35 children and 30 women with school materials and food in the community of Jinya.
- Seeds Metaverse by jayozonew511for 500,000 Seeds for a virtual platform for the SEEDS community to come together, co-create and onboard more Seeds wallet users, host meetups etc.
- Creating Markets for Organic Growers in Vilcabamba by Fincasagrada for 220,000 Seeds as an Alliance grant for SEEDS pilot projects in the Upper Catamayo River Wwatershed Regeneraiton project.
- Samara Empowering SEEDS Local Pilots by minosdoros55 for 5,000,000 Seeds to create an Incubator and Venture Studio for SEEDS Ambassadors piloting SEEDS in their communities.
- Samara Spreading Seeds of Change Alliance – 3,333,333.00 Seeds requested by the Samara DHO, the first Decentralized Human/Holonic Organization to form within the SEEDS Ecosystem. If approved, Seeds will be used to regenerate communities or efficiently organize themselves as DHOs with the “Organization in a Box” plus consultation; co-develop tech and tools needed for local pilot projects; foster a regenerative living lab co-education community and practice space.
- Regenerative Education through a collective of 10 Women, by mikunkoloroj for 170,000 Seeds to promote and provide education on permaculture, agroecology, technology, art and more.
- KINSHIP Earth Sharing Seeds by markflowfarm for 200,000 Seeds to onboard 400 sustainability leaders and elders who have been working behind the scene in the Regenerative Renaissance movement for their entire lives.
