As a part of ReFi Fest on Nov 5th, Anneloes Smitsman reminded us that SEEDS is only 3 years old, like a young child that requires patience and nurturing. She expressed that the story of SEEDS for her is not one of technology and tools, but one of hope and people coming together to create in service of mother earth and humanity.
As a part of the event, Charles Eistenstein noted the preciousness of what we’re building: a community with a shared goal, where people can be witnessed and supported in their growth and evolution.
SEEDS 3rd anniversary celebration culminated in a seven hour broadcast and hybrid event hosted at Regen Campus at Highland Lake in Flat Rock, North Carolina where Land Steward Kerry Lindsey graciously provided Regen Civics (and affiliate organizations) the space to gather, share, and co-create.
You can learn more about Regen Campus at Highland Lake and how it is evolving to serve as a pilot, template, and incubator to support other villages in their development here. Stay tuned for additional events coming up at Regen Campus at Highland Lake next Spring & Summer (2023), including WeOpoly and Regen Games!
Help Us Launch A Playlist of Edited Footage & A SEEDS Documentary
Permatours, dSTUDIO, and Flow Veganic Farm loaned funds to cover the cost of producing ReFi Fest. To recover these costs AND to release a playlist of edited footage captured as a part of the event as well as a documentary showcasing what we are building together, we’re inviting the SEEDS community and other aligned organizations to fundraise with us as a collective. Funds raised beyond what is needed for the aforementioned deliverables will be managed by those taking part in the fundraising effort and those featured in the footage released.
Donors will receive 1 ReGen Civics token for every $1 donated, up to 1111 tokens / person. Tokens can be received from within SEEDS’ wallet. You can request an invite to download the wallet here and you can learn more about the function of ReGen Civics tokens here.
Supporters can also currently give to support the aforementioned deliverables by purchasing Regen Campus NFTs here.
Stay tuned for the release of our fundraising page where you’ll be able to support with fiat or learn about other ways to give.
